Group Travel

Motive Travel has been organising exceptional group tours for over 45 years, and travel agencies don’t stay in business for too long unless they are doing something correctly. That’s right – since 1973, Motive Travel has become a byword for excellence, quality and professionalism in the tourism industry, and our repeat customers are testament to this.

Even though we’re best known for our packages that go to major sporting events, we can also arrange tours to just about anywhere in the world, for a great many different events – it all depends upon what you are looking for.

A tour de force

To put it a little more simply, if 10 or more of you are looking to get away on a holiday to a certain event around the globe, Motive Travel should be your first port of call.  When we say ’10 or more’, we really mean it – we can accommodate groups of up to 1,000 (though we wouldn’t really call that a group, more a crowd!).  So, even if you have a small army in your entourage, don’t be afraid to get online or pick up the phone to Motive Travel – we’ll do everything in our vast experience to ensure that your trip is as memorable as possible.

Look at it this way.  Perhaps you and a few mates want to attend a niche sporting event – the World Croquet Championships, or the New Zealand Chess Championships – we don’t discriminate or judge!  Or, maybe you’re a school headmaster and want to take the entirety of your pupil population on a field trip to some far-flung corner of our country – that’s absolutely fine, too.  We really can’t emphasise enough just how open we are to anything – we can handle it!

Our Proprietor, George, would love the opportunity to discuss any of your future requirements personally.

A glowing eulogy

Have a read of what John Sandford, Managing Director of Thirsty Camel Bottleshops, had to say about Motive Travel’s services.

“Thirsty Camel Bottleshops (previously Route 66 Liquor) have had the pleasure of dealing with George Michalczyk and Motive Travel over the past 10 years.  We have had conferences in Hawaii, New Zealand, Mauritius, Vietnam and Italy and Motive Travel has completed all the arrangements and has made sure everything has run smoothly.”

“On average, we take a group of 90 people on our conferences.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Motive Travel to any other company who is considering utilising the services of a travel agent as we have only experienced favourable results during our time working together.” Well, we’re flattered…
